Office visits by appointment only. 24 hours cancelation notice required if you are unable to keep appointment. Due to our patient load, patients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be re-scheduled. $25 charge may apply for missed appointments.

Doctor is not always available to receive phone calls. Our nursing staff is well trained to answer most of your questions. All messages to doctor are returned in a timely manner.

Port Orange Pediatrics has 24 hour answering service which contacts the pediatrician on call. Just call the main line and it will rollover to the answering service. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.

Please allow 48 hours for refills on all prescriptions. For prescription refill requests, call office during normal business hours. Follow up visits required for refills.

Payment or copay required at time of service unless previous arrangements have been made. Port Orange Pediatrics accepts cash, check VISA or Mastercard.
